Shipping and Return Policy

Orders are generally shipped within one to three business days after your order is processed. Shipping takes two to three days for the west coast, and up to seven days for the rest of the country. If we cannot produce an item on order, we will notify you. Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours. DEFECTIVE PIECES: Please inspect all glassware immediately upon order receipt. Notify us at HiSiGlass@gmail.com if any pieces are damaged or defective. We will replace them after receiving the damaged/defective item and a copy of the original sales receipt. Please keep the original packaging, and we will send a call tag to recover the damaged piece(s). UNWANTED PIECES: You may return or exchange merchandise that is unused and not to your liking or the wrong size or style within thirty days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We also require a copy of the original sales receipt. We understand that shipping back may take longer than thirty days and just require that you notify us of your wish to send back for exchange or refund within the thirty-day period.
